To Skeggles Water

A circular walk from Kentmere to Skeggles Water for a swim. The tarn is high above the Kentmere Valley but if you get there early you can bag one of the very few parking places a bit up the hill to save some climb. We hoped Monday morning would be quiet, it was. Saw a few cyclists but no other swimmers . Picnic lunch by the side of the tarn in the sun - perfect. 7km, 250m of climb and about 13,000 paces.
