Damp daytrip

Not so much a day trip as a trip to the Quarry. Louisa and I both managed to get out for a run earlier on and thought Owen needed a chance to get out and 7stretch his legs. The Quarry was pretty busy considering the weather and we had ice cream sheltering under a tree before being led on a meandering route to the bandstand by the little dude.
There were some people having a picnic of sorts - well, there was wine- in the bandstand and Owen was fascinated, having a conversation and even trying to unlock the gate by sticking his hand through the bars.

I don't often seem to manage to get pictures of mother and toddler together.

The Government are looking at plans to reduce social distancing rules down to 1m, possibly by July 4th when pubs and restaurants may be able to open.
