Govett's Leap in the Blue Mountains, NSW
I've been trying the panoramic shot capability of my camera. It works well provided you can see the image clearly on the camera's screen, which means not having the sun behind you, and that there are distinguishing elements in the vista so that you can stitch the images properly together.
Luckily this view at Govett's Leap near Blackheath in the Blue Mountains, New South wales, satisfied the critera, and here is the view. Very impressive. I like the shoelace-like waterfall. Who Govett was, and why he leapt, I'm afraid I don't know, but I suspect the outcome was not too good, unless he learned to fly on the way down! It is very precipitous and vertiginous. Best seen big!
