Lime flower buds

A thundery rainy day!! We went into Kendal where quite a few shops were open and I finally managed to get some buttons for Wendy’s new dress! So I can send it off now.
Pepper and I walked down the fields and I noticed that the Lime trees are just getting their flower buds. This is my main honey crop when they open so I am hoping the weather sorts itself out again.
This evening we had a Zoom chat with two of Rob’s sisters and that worked ok, so we are hoping to have a big family chat with Canada next week which will be fun, Jojo should have been out there visiting this week. Yet another lost opportunity.
