Lockdown - Day 89

Another personal blip today, to celebrate dad leaving the house for the first time in 15 weeks! We only walked round the corner, sat on the bench for 5 mins to enjoy the view over the park, then pootled home again, but he enjoyed the exercise, and a change of scene. This is his choice of photo, I’d chosen the anonymous photo in extra, but he wanted his two minutes of fame!

A quiet weary day for me. After a grey start, the sun appeared and we had a muggy afternoon of 20 degrees. Shortly after writing in blip replies that we’d escaped the thunderstorms, at 5pm the sky turned black and the skies opened! For an hour and half the skies rumbled away, and two hours later it’s still raining....
