My son upgraded his pc ram yesterday (2 vertical light bars) - snap his original. Extra is earlier stripping n cleaning.

Telephone consultation with my main (hands off) neurologist today. Extremely useful reset & guidance - and reminder of how key PACE is.

Been overdoing it recently, so may be quiet for a few more days. Shame as lots of fun stuff been happening. Appreciate how fortunate I am and generally very happy - so certainly not looking for sympathy. Merely diarising.
