Jean's ginger nuts

I don't know who Jean was but that is the name of the recipe and they are very simple to make - even I can turn them out!

A day of mowing the lawn and gardening, washing the floor, cooking and visiting the village shop to buy some treats fort the w/e and collect the newspaper.  Caught up with a friend over the phone - she has her granddaughter, 6 months older than our I,  for the w/e for the first time ever by herself - all is going well and they were doing lots of baking this afternoon.
