They’re mine, all mine !

The Great Spotted Woodpecker youngster will not share his/ her dinner with any bird not even a sparrow and is constantly flapping and chasing them off. It must take quite a bit of energy.
A nice day which I spent in the garden. Mike popped out to get some food from the Deli in Beauly and to get some more veg.
We had a tasty quiche and fresh salad.
Watched the football just to see what it was like in an empty stadium and because it had not been on the BBC for years. Not very exciting.
A colourful sunset for the Summer Solstice. We thought about going to the Point , wish we had now as the sky looked better after sunset but I was too tired to go plus abit frustrated as we were meant to be away in Aviemore for a few days .Oh well will have to go next year , hopefully !
