Father's Day

Day 90 of COVID-19 UK lockdown.

I met up with oldest son James at his house as he had a streaming link to Cardiff City FC v Leeds United match which kicked off at midday. It was the first match after a three month lockdown and was played without spectators. Cardiff won 2-0 with two stunning goals against table topping Leeds to send us up the table to hopefully get in the play-off positions at the end of the remaining eight matches.

This afternoon we travelled to my dad as it's Father's Day to drop off a card and present. He's 88 next week so we'll be back soon! My sister and brother had already called in, separately, to keep him company. When we arrived he was out the rear garden mowing the lawn. Blip sorted!
