still sickly but the afternoon was better again...hopefully turning that corner now. felt like I was reversing round it last night. zero energy but nothing to do except veg on the couch anyway.
mum and dad dropped off some tablet (the best marie todd recipe) and pancakes and we waved through the window. I fell asleep during an episode of succession and that was about all that happened today apart from trying not to barf.
