Summer

What says Summer more than Summer rains? It drizzled this morning and then we had a couple of short-lived downpours; enough to give the plants a nice dousing. This is the evergreen bush next to our porch and I noticed all the raindrops hanging off of it's branches, so it made a good subject for today's theme.  Big thanks to Laurie54 for hosting MonoMondays this month. Day 6 of Tom's chemo was completed today. The first 7 day series will end tomorrow, but after that we'll still need to go twice more this week, as Tom will need blood work drawn and possibly a blood transfusion. He starts the new pill tonight so fingers crossed it all goes well. :))
