Wire Wool
Day 92 of COVID-19 UK lockdown.
A really hot sunny day, we set off from home to do a circular 12 mile walk to the ridge overlooking Cardiff (South Wales, UK). The sheep were half asleep under shade as their coats had not been cut. Farmer friend Dave said the Maori's had not come over this year as the government had wanted 30% of their earnings. Quite a few farms in the area with their sheep uncut so I don't know if he was joking - he seemed serious!
I took a close up of some wool that had been blown or caught on barbed wire fence. Ideal for Tiny Tuesday today on the theme of metal - Wire Wool !
