Making Johnny’s present

I went for a run in the park before breakfast and bumped into Sheila and Nicola who were going for a ride in the park. We agreed that we would all get together in the park one evening next week as it has been so long since we last went out. When I got back, Penny had finished painting the front door. The colour looks really nice but it will need another coat tomorrow.
I was in an exam board meeting all day. The girls sat in the front garden garden building a birthday present for Bibi’s friend.
