Lingness Hoose

Breezy now and again today, but a calm evening.  Mostly sunny and warm all day, the odd cloud, and clouded over tonight.

I spent the morning working at my desk, took the afternoon off, and working a few hours tonight.  Headed to Lorraine and Tommy's in Hamnavoe for a cuppa this afternoon, and then out for a walk with Sammy, Julie and Keba.  Mam popped along for a cuppa this evening.  Feet up by the fire. 

A lovely afternoon for a walk, and headed to a familiar walk I enjoy.  A fine peaceful place, with a semi inhabited home at the end of the track.  This old croft house still has many traditional features, and oozes charm.  Simon King stayed here during some of his filming in Shetland.  I'd happily snap up this house, if it came up for sale.  Taken at Lingness, Nesting.
