Notes: Was a long day of instructional video and finally had to shut off the laptop. Decided to attempt another yeast bread in my new glass bigger loaf pan - came out great! And then one chicken breast and small head of cauliflower for the above pic to make pesto-stuffed, prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast over marinated roasted cauliflower (ghee/EVOO mixture, lemon juice, salt, garlic). Was very good and savory!
