Notes: Mostly inside day. Woke briefly in the 3a hour again but wasn't up for as long. Quiet morning. Felt a bit like a "mending fences" kind of day. Another fave veggie meal for dinner - tofu w/ steamed organic broccoli, carrots, celery. Cooked in avocado oil, Bragg's aminos, garlic and vidalia onion. Jumped on Salini's Zoom at 730p - went till nearly 10p.
