Today I went downtown to buy tiramisu for Jill and to make the final payment and pick up the engagement ring. Wow!

No one in either store was wearing a mask. How disappointing and scary. I wore mine, which has headlines from the 1918 flu pandemic. The jewelry store owners are an older couple, so I don't know why they wouldn't be as cautious as possible. The dessert store owner had two customers inside who also weren't wearing masks. This is ridiculous.

In extras are a couple of groups of people not distancing and not wearing masks. The virus is just not going to go away in this stupid country.
