YUM...

Another of Alice's jobs mastered.  For many moons I did quite a bit of the cooking - BUT - there were some jobs which, for no evident reason, Alice kept for Alice.
Fish Pie was one of them.  I've lost count now of how many I've made,
"No one alike", but every one I've enjoyed.  I never grasped the make a big un and half it concept so I half the fish, freeze half and make one; this is the 2nd of the last purchase.  One day it'll be "Marconi cheese".
Tip I remembered from Al - we used Cauli for topping rather than the ubiquitous Spud.
