More of the same?
We-e-e-e-ll, not quite.
1. It's a totally different Rose, as far from the other as you can get and still be in the same garden.
2. Finally, after an inordinate period of "drought" we got proper rain. To me, any period necessitating watering of Pots constitutes a drought.
Thursday actually fell on a Thursday this week - BUT - that was about all that went right.
We decided to take The Wagon for a run to make sure all was "functioning within normal parameters" WE weren't - I forgot my Blue badge ergo no Park in the disabled slots which were wider than standard. AND neither of us had our N. T. membership cards = no free park = Plan B - tootle off home spotting for lay-bys en route. Found one so Jerra got a few shots off. A further whoops - One of us forgot one's camera, didn't one?
The day started under blue skies with light fluffy white clouds. Some idiot has, apparently, uttered the dread words - "SUPER MOON" this invariably guarantees 10/10 cloud cover. "Not only, but also"© it started to properly rain. About 0.33" p. d. q. let's see what's in the gauge upon the morrow?

Whilst re-learning which switch did which job we discovered some wet where wet had NO right to be - see "The Bloke" tomorrow.
