Chicory

It's official, the Triffid in the mini meadow is Chicory.  Several flowers have appeared over the last couple of days and I'm hoping there might be an overall blueness to it soon, given how many triffids there are.  They may have to be culled at the end of the season though as they are depressing other plants.  Other flowers emerging are: teasel; wild carrot; yarrow, knapweed and loosestrife.

Thank you for your concerns yesterday.  I'm feeling much better after a good night's sleep, but just taking it easy in this heat.  Lots of indoor jobs to do.
