Spiky

A frustrating start to the day.  Woke with a pain in my foot which is probably coming from the ongoing ankle problems, but a walk was out of the question.  I hobbled around in the morning from office to garden seat and back again and by mid-afternoon it was easing a little so I managed to walk carefully around the garden, but I didn't dare venture any further.   A lot of the early colour is starting to go over but this beautiful eryngium is just coming into it's own.
