Rosie fingered dawn

33° in London yesterday but it rained last night and is a couple of degrees cooler today.
There have been huge problems down on the south coast as people flocked to the beaches, all the little roads were jammed, car parks overflowed and social distancing went out. The locals are getting very upset and the government is threatening to close the beaches. The thing is, people have been confined to their homes until recently, most people are still not back at work, children are not back at school, and there are not that many really hot days such as these. We can travel as far as we wish. It is human nature.
I spent the day under a willow tree sipping ginger beers.
