Belvedere

We didn't have a storm or any rain last night but it seemed a bit cooler as the day started.  It soon warmed up a bit but nothing like the last two days, I'm pleased to say. 

Late afternoon I headed up to Haldon and parked near the Belvedere. The gate was open but there was a sign saying' Private - Grounds Closed'. I thought about it for a second and a half and decided it couldn't possibly apply to me. I wandered along the paths looking for a more distant shot but with all the summer foliage that wasn't to be found. I quite like the light in this last one I took so that's today's blip.

Just off down the pub now for my fish'n'chips takeaway.
