A mystery flower, must look it up ... bush tomatoes in flower and the first fruit ... and raspberries...
It was still showery this morning after a night when the storm rumbled on, clearing late morning - sun broke through for a while, it was very hot ...
Picked a handful of strawberries and another of raspberries. We’ve been snacking on raspberries for about a week, they’re on the way to the sheds & greenhouse, very convenient! Thank you to our little army (or should that be airforce?!) of pollinators x
Yesterday, whilst the storm was building, I was very worried that there were very few bees around, they are back in force today! Looked in on the ants in the compost bin too, https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2715297741570836802 , there wasn’t a single one to be seen, is this their reaction to the impending bad weather?
