Against The Light

Working my way around the flower bed, I eventually found this composition positioning a giant allium partly overlapping a patch of sunlight. The spiky flowers against the light are silhouetted, whereas those in front of the darker tree catch the sun and are brighter. Where the petals fall into shade, their vibrancy really shows.

As an image, I think it's possibly a bit busy and somewhat unbalanced with all the light on one side, but I like it.
