The Pencil.

Having Sleephead here this weekend was fantastic. We went down to the marina which meant I was able to take some photos. 

The Pencil monument was built in 1912 to commemorate the defeat of the Vikings in the Battle of Largs in 1263. Its shape represents an old spear.
