Day 98 - Penguins and Pelicans

The book sorting is still far from over, although I have a charity shop coming tomorrow to collect 14 large IKEA bags full.

I brought all the Penguins and Pelicans home because they are such objects of desire. I really don’t think I can part with the Orwell. We also found a Left Book Club copy of The Road To Wigan Pier, which is currently on its way to France to a very happy collector - amongst the mountains of rubbish it’s a delight to find something that someone else really wants.

What a completely lousy day of weather we’ve had!
