Tones of red

Slept for almost 10 hours last night......after 9 when we woke up! Really cool today, was just 12degrees when we went out in the car after breakfast.

First stop was town for a paper, a card and the aleration shop, then onto Dunelm for a couple of things and lastly to Lidl for fresh fruit and veg mainly....but theres always those things that find their way into the basket ;-)

The afternoon was taken up with ironing bedding and changing the linen in two of the guest rooms, not that we have had guests, or are expecting any either :-/

We finished off the turkey from yesterday for dinner this evening.....with some mashed potatoes, veg and gravy.

I hadnt taken a single photo today, so resorted to snapping the tomatoes Id bought earlier, looking lovely on the counter, under the bright spotlights, which were on at 6.30!

Its been so dreary, dismal and very cool today, hardly stopped raining, hope tomorrow is a better day, but not holding my breath!
