In the beginning: Grace

Today was my first day using a 'proper' camera - Hubby has started to try and teach me the basics of photography. I wish him luck - teachers like me aren't always the best learners! It may be a long and difficult journey. Today it was enough just to point the camera and hold it steady to get a picture. I also started to learn a little about focus. No doubt most my blips will still be quick snaps on the iphone, tarted up by filters and the like, but maybe I will be able to produce the odd photo of better quality in the coming months as I learn more.
