Tiny Tuesday.. .Eye?

Does this count as an eye, the centre of a potentilla, or cinquefoil flower?
( Kipsie has identified it as a cistus, thanks V)There was nothing else suitable for today's blip, no animals, or children!
Another cloudy one, but it's not cold. I don't know where the day has gone again...had an unexpected phone call from a book group friend, which was a really lovely surprise, and a Skype with G in Vietnam.
Work has started again on next door's garden, an awful lot of railway sleeper are being used!! I'm not keen on being in the garden while they are working about ten feet away from me!
