Day after VE Day.

Darren went to see his Dad the day after VE Day, we’d not seen him for 6 or 7 weeks. I like visiting him because he lets me lick his face and I jump up and sit on his knee. None of that happened on this occasion, I had to keep my distance, though I did try and stretch to be closer and I wagged my tail ferociously, but Darren still held me back. It was a very warm afternoon, so we sat in the shade.
