Europe’s number one.

So today, rather than a photo of Honey, I’ve put up a photo of one of my favourite places in the world, Swaledale.
I’ve done this because today there was news that Europe’s best national park for 2021 is the Yorkshire Dales. I can only agree with this.
My favourite part of the Dales is Swaledale, I just love it around there, it’s just visually stunning in my opinion.
At number 4 in the list, is the Peak District, which is great news for me as the Peak District is on my doorstep. The list was compiled by trip advisor and the biggest surprise to me was the fact that the Lake District wasn’t in the list, perhaps because it’s far too busy to be enjoyable sometimes, I don’t know, I’m just guessing.
The photo was taken in the summer of 2018, a time when you we were free to travel wherever you wanted and I remember on this particular day I saw very few people, it was great feeling like I had the landscape to myself and Honey too.
