poppy

A busy day ... lots done but feel like l need an outing soon.. too much time spent inside.  Today our other neighbour had some gardeners in and they have demolished all the plants in the garden and fr aboout 2 hours they did nothing but shred it all right outside the house.. it was so noisy. Then they lit a bonfire which smelt so th windows and doors had to be closed.. the feeling of nowhere to go was a bit overwhelming.  Still the day is done and l took a walk along the poppy field.. calming and peaceful... lovely
