Gifts from a friend

Week 2 run 3 was hard this morning. I had sock malfunctions, I wore a long sleeve top when it was far too warm and my lungs really hated me. Hit my lowest peak flow reading when I got home.

Lungs went on to bother me further during the day. As such, the boy went out to retrieve a gift from a friend across the park. I was just about to upload a shot when he returned with these beautiful flowers from K.
