Tales of a bedbound mum

We got to play

A has done a massive tidy up today with our family support worker helping S and A to tackle the toys . I am really proud of A doing it as I know she finds it very difficult.

The GP who is lovely came out to see me today. She is trying me on some extra low dose meds to try and reduce some neuropathy pain I'm battling with in my legs. Hopefully the pharmacy will get them delivered today.

Home care went as its meant to today. No ones car broke down and no one fell over. Hopefully the light dusting of snow were expecting overnight will be a light dusting and carers will get to the right places at the right times.

The gorilla well I was able to tolerate a bit of time with A today. It always makes my day so much brighter when I can spend time with her and it stops me feeling as if I am a parenting failure.. I have so many things I want to do with her. We had a real giggle and she told me all about the tolpuddle Martys about her memories of swimming with me when she was little and about her first ever home Edd meeting at CLAS...
