Pain relief

I have tried not to take the classical photograph of tablets but I have ran out of ideas for tonight and I have been in a lot of pain today... I can take my night time meds in half an hour or so and I will be glad.

I have had a fun day today with A we have had a good play and she had a bath so came for a big hug.

I also received a very moving book through the post today. lost voices from a hidden illness
