Joan's super whip

Another dreary, damp day when the sun failed to penetrate a thick layer of cloud, and so dark this evening that it was more like October than July! A good day to spend indoors working on the accounts. Getting there... slowly!

This little tractor with its carriage is often seen - and heard - being driven around the town. The driver seems to sound the horn loudly when he passes anyone in the street! Its main purpose seems to be to advertise the Thai Cottage, a local B&B, which explains the big Thai flag. As for Joan's super whip, your guess is as good as mine...
