Busy all day without achieving much, a lot of it spent sorting out niggling little problems of one sort or another.

The first email to land in the 'In box' this morning set the tone for the day. Good news, it seemed, that the dresser I ordered and paid for some time ago is in stock. I chose a delivery date, and was informed that the balance for my order, shown as twice the cost of the dresser, had been taken from my credit card. Hmmmm! All sorted out now, but only after two lengthy phone calls with the company's Customer Services Department. And so the day continued!

Thank goodness for this afternoon's Tai Chi session.
