What A Waste

Another horrible day of wind and rain so stayed in the house. Discovered what happens when an avocado finds a hiding place behind the fruit bowl for a few weeks, it morphs into something the cat might bring to the back door, think I'll pass on the guacamole dip tonight.

My album of the day is "The Big To-Do" by The Drive-By Truckers. Churning guitars and incisive songwriting about life experiences and the dark corners of American psyche. I think they're an acquired taste especially the vocals, but if you're into southern rock, might be worth a listen.
