It would be easy to forget it's alcoholic

We bought a couple of bottles of this several years ago, and I'd forgotten about it.  But I came across a bottle in the fridge yesterday whilst rummaging (making room for strawberries and cherries).

So this evening, after a couple of hours helping W to sort out some stuff in the gardening shed, he was drinking a large glass of juice, and I thought I would try this.

The mug is many years old - Dixies Cripple Cock cider - bought at a Steam Rally.  I enjoy a nice glass of Scrumpy, but don't drink much cider these days.  I'm more a gin and wine girl now.

This "Strawberry and Elderflower" tastes of what it says, and as I said at the beginning, it would actually be easy to forget that it is alcoholic - rather like the teenagers drinking their alcopops.
