Another interloper .....

.... and not quite so welcome.  

I've recently featured a number of uncultivated plants that we are happy to accommodate in our garden.  Bindweed is spreading slowly around the pond and into the meadow, and is more problematic, as I fear it could completely take over if allowed free rein.  I generally remove stems when I see them - but looking at this photo I see that the pretty little pink flower has attracted wildlife.  And that's what the meadow and pond are all about.
