Common Spotted

A dreich kind of day but the rain not too  heavy so I was able to do a little garden work and lots of tidying in the polytunnel. I thinned the first carrots and the thinnings look good, see extra. Had a mad idea to sell my 20ft x 10ft tunnel and buy one that's 14ft by 45 ft. That would be huge but I would need to chop down a couple of trees and sell the greenhouse. I can dream.

Lovely walk this afternoon with loads of Common spotted orchids in flower, it feels like mid summer now and I know we start the autumn journey in August..
