"I love it when a plan comes together.."

We've had a long time to think about what to do with our back yard -  'yard' being the operative word here.  And  'long time' is a bit of an understatement; the extra was taken in January.  But we've been staring through a hole in the wall where this window now is, for the best part of a year.

Now, it's slowly coming together.  The olive tree started out as a small twig from a small market in a small town in Southern France in 2006.  It moved with us and a friend look after it while we were in rented accommodation, last year.  We were finally reunited just before Lockdown.

A trip to a garden centre yesterday, added a few more bits and pieces.  

The road and footpath at the front of the house are expected to be completed at the end of next month ( ...yeah right) so we have a few more horticultural adventures to look forward to.
