Cheesecake....!!

Myself and my daughter thought we’d treat ourselves..
Looks like this has set nicely....White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake ...easy made as I had the plain sponge cake base already made.!
I have brown soda bread in the oven and some fresh sausage rolls waiting to bake ...so lunch sorted..!!
Oh and a raspberry jam tartlet with the left over pastry..
Anyone like to join us for lunch....????
