Early This Morning....!!!

I was afraid to look out...I was up quite early and the sun was shining.....another lovely day despite yesterdays heavy rain...
This was my soaked Begonias...summer flowers really don’t like the rain..but I’ve dead-headed what I could and they’ve picked up nicely again in the warm sunshine...
I’ve also picked some gooseberries and a few black currants ..lots more to ripen and I think the blackbirds are taking my redcurrants as they ripen....I think I’ll just let them as I have most of last years huge crop still perfect in the freezer..!
And ....good news...we got an appointment time on Thurs for our 2nd vaccines...a lot earlier than we expected..!
