Butterfly magic

The butterfly kit was a birthday present for Anya from my sister and it’s been wonderful to watch each stage. We weren’t expecting the chrysalides to hatch so quickly; we went from having no butterflies to five or six in just a few minutes!
It was equally as magical to watch Anya and Max’s reactions as the butterflies emerged. A perfect science lesson for today’s home schooling :-)
