JR went out for a run, as it was dry and sunny in the morning, though promised rain for the rest of the day. But the strong wind kept the rain clouds moving and it didn’t amount to much.

In the afternoon we took Archie to the Meadows for a run around, and so that we could both get our steps up. In fact, I set off at a fast pace (for me) and kept it up for, oh, ages. Then fatigue set in, and the rest was a struggle, with a sit down in the sun. But music on the earpods definitely helps me to keep going. We took a different street to the park, and it was tree-lined and rather lovely. (Extra) Though the other end had about eight big communal rubbish bins - not quite so nice. 

Lots of online papers to read on a Sunday - SO much news! But we both managed another visit to the ‘gym’ for half an hour or so. Shower and into my jammies by 5.30.
