Double trouble
Rain this morning, so JR and Chrissy drove along to the gym. Their step count today must be the lowest for absolutely yonks.
I walked along to BodyStreet, and I didn’t get wet. I was greeted by not one, but TWO French bulldogs. Xara has her friend staying for three weeks. Kate is not too pleased, as the visitor is on heat, and her wee knickers keep coming off because they’re always play fighting, and indeed, ‘humping’ each other. And they’re females. The other one (forget her name) has taught innocent Xara this little trick. Archie, bless him, has never engaged in those sort of shenanigans. Plenty of other quirks, but not that!
Kate did a body scan on me - normally once a month, but she did one last week and wanted to check my diet. Yes, I’ve lost body fat, but gained muscle mass. I know it’s the HIIT sessions.
JR went into town to get a passport photo because she now has to send a new photo for her new driving licence. And apparently Timson’s (the shoe/key shops) do passport photos - good to know, as the Boots booth wasn’t working.
She took Archie out later when it wasn’t raining, but yes, it rained and they both came back drookit.
I watched tennis/snoozed all afternoon. Rain has just stopped play, but they must be SO happy to be able to put the roof on two courts and continue play.
I had tried to get a photo of the two dogs before I left, but I had to catch the bus. Kate sent me this one. They look so innocent.
