Our quarry.

They promised us wind and boy did it blow, more like Autumn than summer but the sun did come out when we went for our walk. The quarry never ceases to amaze us with it’s array of beautiful flowers. Back home again Mr PC cut the grass and topped up the pond. I did a few chores and a bit  of washing, worried in case it blew away.

Picked some rhubarb and raspberries for tomorrow’s jam making.and made a strawberry custard tart.

Guess what! It’s raining again.
