Sugar shortage

I have been wanting to make these cookies for ages, but it has taken me most of the lockdown to assemble the ingredients!  Sugar was the last ingredient needed which I finally got yesterday!  I should have put them on two trays as they spread rather a lot, but they were goey and the chocolate chips were still a bit melted when we ate them.  My entry for sign go the times is lockdown baking and the shortage of ingredients.
